We're really excited to introduce LeXie, the newest member to our IT support team.
LeXie is available 24/7 to help our customers when they log into the efex customer portal.
With LeXie's depth of knowledge, you can ask her for help in relation to many common IT issues and she'll suggest the steps you can follow to get a resolution. If LeXie isn't able to help resolve your issue on the spot, she can create a case for you and escalate it to our IT support team.
For any cases you have in progress, you can post comments to them via your chat with LeXie. And just by asking her, you can escalate a case when you need to, plus reopen cases if you feel a previous issue is unresolved. LeXie can also save you time by providing information about your case history if you need it.
As LeXie settles into her role we'll be adding more capability to her remit so she can help resolve more issues, quickly.
