1. Health CheckThe first thing we’ll do is undertake a ‘health check’ of your business’ print environment. This is so we can fully understand your needs, goals and the challenges you face.
We’ll look deeply into the current state of your printing environment. We’ll identify desired outcomes and design a bespoke strategy to meet your needs.
You’ll experience a seamless transition from your old printing environment to your new one. Minimising disruption to your workflow, without you having to lift a finger!
Your new printing environment will be regularly maintained by our Service Team. Coupled with continuous improvements from your Client Relationship Member, this is our way of making certain your devices and operations are running at an optimum level.

This commences with the immediacy of our Service Helpdesk who will assist in the triage of a call to determine if the fault can be resolved over the phone or if we need to despatch a Service Technician. In the event we despatch a Technician, our average response time is within 2-4 Hours (depending on your location of Regional to Metro). Yes, the benefit of an efex Managed Print Services agreement is that all toner, consumables, machine parts, belts, drums, and Technician labour are included in your monthly price. Furthermore, to ensure the process is seamless for you, efex will proactively monitor the device usage levels and despatch toner out to your business when it’s needed (often before you even know you need it).
